Guidelines

You are invited to submit a minisymposium proposal in the following format:

A minisymposium generally consists of 4/8/12/16   25-minute presentations, with an additional five minutes for discussion after each presentation. Prospective minisymposium organizers are asked to submit a proposal consisting of a title, a description (not exceeding 100 words), and a list of speakers and titles of their presentations.

After acceptance of the proposal by the scientific committee, minisymposium organizers should submit the abstracts (75 words max) of each presentation in their session before January 31st 2019.

Minisymposium organizers should not submit more than one proposal. However, a proposal may contain up to 4 parts of 4 speakers each.

The organizers kindly ask the participants to limit the number of their presentations to 2.

How to submit a Mini-symposium

  1. Create an account : This step will provide you with an access code, with which you will be able to connect to the abstract submission form.
  2. Once your account is created, you can log on the abstract submission form and enter the names of the speakers, the title of their presentation and the description of your minisymposium  in the online form.
  3.  When you are done, click on `Register your mini-symposium'. You will be directed to a page where you can visualise it or come back to it for further editing. You can connect to the submission form as many times as you want until the mini-symposium proposal deadline: November 30, 2018 (Paris time).
