Mourad Sini got his PhD degree from University of Provence, France, in October 2002. From 2003 to 2005, he was awarded the JSPS fellowship and moved to Hokkaido University, Japan, to work with Gen Nakamura. He spent the academic year 2005-2006, as a visiting professor at Yonsei University in Seoul, S. Korea, where he worked in the group of Jin-Keun Seo. From September 2006, he joined the Radon Institute, of the Austrian Academy of Sciences, where he was tenured since 2011. He is interested in the analysis of partial differential equations applied to inverse problems, mathematical imaging and material theory.
